This is one of the excellent
introduction to trekking in Nepal. Magnificent mountain scenery
and hospitable local people make for an unforgettable experience.
You will se many prosperous, busy villages of terra-cotta
and thatched roof houses but your constant companions will
also be the soaring peaks of Annapurna. At the charming settlement
of Ghandrung, Annapurna South and Hiunchuli tower almost overhead,
and a sunrise visit to Poon Hill will reveal the magnificent
Annapurna Himal, the sacred Machhapuchhare (Fishtail) and
Dhauligiri in all their glory. Even first timers will enjoy
this trek as the highest point is Poon Hill at 3232m.
For those who prefer, there is the option to do a Chitwan
Jungle safari (with or without white water rafting), one of
Asia's premier wildlife sanctuaries
